In order to complete your account verification, we will need to receive documents from you so you can keep enjoying redbet.
Identification Document
Please submit one of these documents:
- A colour photo of the front and back of your national ID card or Driving license
- A colour photo of your Passport showing all four corners
Proof of address
A utility bill (bank or credit / debit card statement, tax letter or other official document) that has been physically sent home to you, or an electronic bill in PDF format. Please make sure that the following information is visible:
- Your full name and address
- Issue date (note: it can be at most 3 months old)
- Issuing body’s name or logo
- Please make sure the entire document with 4 corners is visible
Please provide the documents by sending them to: id@redbet.com. Make sure to carefully review the document criteria to avoid having to submit the document more than one time.
